Armando Picazo was outstanding against Tri-City. The right-hander had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Crosscutters 3-2 win. With the win, Williamsport has a record of 14-22. Tri-City falls to 19-17.

Williamsport took control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, Ben Purpura hit a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Crosscutters.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Picazo.
