In a low-scoring affair between the Brooklyn Cyclones and the West Virginia Black Bears, pitcher Mike Knoblock was the difference between victory and defeat. The Brooklyn left-hander earned accolades in the 3-1 Cyclones win. Knoblock got the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 11 hits and walked 0 over 7 innings. Knoblock allowed 1 run.
