Brooklyn Cyclones starter Danny Botelho hurled his team past the Hudson Valley Renegades, 1-0. The first-place Cyclones improved to 43-10.
Joe Dahl drove in one run against the Renegades. In the top of the first inning, he reached on an error by the center fielder, driving in 1 run, putting Brooklyn in front, 1-0.
"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Hudson Valley skipper Jayden Davis.
