Crosscutters Get 9-4 Win Versus Auburn
Williamsport took on Auburn in front of a lively crowd.

Behind the hitting of Mike Mason, the Williamsport Crosscutters stopped the Auburn Doubledays, 9-4. Mason was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 for the Crosscutters. Picking up the win was Mike Sweigart. He went 5 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits. The right--hander struck out 8 and walked 1. Brian Denning picked up the save for Williamsport, his 2nd of the year.
