The Minnesota (SS-A) Twins topped the Spokane Indians, 16-5, at Avista Stadium. Minnesota (SS-A) designated hitter Nate Poush was a spark plug for the offense. He went 4 for 6 with 3 doubles, while scoring 3 times. With the win, the Twins have a record of 9-11.

Rodrigo Cruz had a big 2-run double for the Twins in the top of the fourth inning.
