Hops Snatch Late-Game, 3-2 Win
The Hillsboro Hops beat the Cincinnati (SS-A) Reds, 3-2, in 10 innings. Hillsboro pitcher and Millersville, Maryland, native Josh Holloway led the way. Hillsboro reliever Adrian Castro picked up the win, upping his record to 2-3. Garrett Underwood was saddled with the loss. Today's win puts Hillsboro at 17-14, while Cincinnati (SS-A) falls to 11-20.

The Hops were down to their final out when pinch hitter Greg Grace turned a full count cutter from Garrett Underwood into a 2-run single. The walk-off single made the Ron Tonklin Field crowd go wild.

Holloway attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
