Boise Gets 7-0 Win Behind Lefty Kroyer
The Boise Hawks went home winners at Memorial Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Justin Kroyer. Kroyer stifled the Minnesota (SS-A) Twins, enabling Boise to grab the 7-0 win. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for Boise.

Kroyer imposed his will on the Twins, scattering 7 hits over 8.1 innings while striking out 9. The left-hander upped his season record to 1-0.

"It's no secret that good defense follows around people who throw strikes," said Boise manager Albert Favela.
