Win Goes to White Sox in Tight Contest
|
Starting pitcher Tony Coronado gave the Chicago A (SS-A) White Sox a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Kansas City (SS-A) Royals, 3-2, at Ballpark of Jersey City. The White Sox, at 18-15, sit in third place in the North Division.
The two teams entertained the Ballpark of Jersey City crowd with some good baseball.
"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Menendez said.
