Lewison has 3 hits in Minnesota (SS-A) Win
Minnesota (SS-A) center fielder Steve Lewison made his presence felt in the 9-6 Twins triumph over the Los Angeles N (SS-A) Dodgers. Lewison went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Jose Dena was the winner in relief. His record is now 3-6. The losing pitcher was Jose Ramirez. After today's action, Minnesota (SS-A) sits at 16-21, while Los Angeles N (SS-A) falls to 24-13.

With Minnesota (SS-A) leading 2-0 in the top of the fifth, Lewison hit a cutter from Jose Ramirez for a 3-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Twins ahead, 5-0.

Twins manager Jason Sterbenz wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
