Eduardo Gutierrez pitched a gem to lead Chicago N (AZL) to victory over the Cincinnati (AZL) Reds, 7-0. Gutierrez got the win, improving to 6-1. He gave up 3 hits and walked 3 over 6.1 innings. Diffey hit a run-scoring double on a first pitch sinker from Cincinnati (AZL) hurler Ricardo Luna. It was Diffey's 9th double of the year.
