Getting offensive support from Jason Rigney, the Las Vegas (GCL) Hustle topped the Colorado (GCL) Rockies, 7-4. Rigney went 4-5 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the Hustle. The winner was Victor Rodriguez, who threw 103 pitches over 5.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 9 hits. The Hustle go to 7-13 with the win.

It could have been a different outcome for Las Vegas (GCL), had it not been for Chris McNally, the 22-year old left fielder . McNally contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the second inning to put Las Vegas (GCL) up, 3-0.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," McNally told reporters after the game.
