The Houston (GCL) Astros grabbed a win, 7-0, over the Colorado (GCL) Rockies at Mosquitos Ballpark. Houston (GCL) second baseman Matt Bliss was 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs. The winner was Houston (GCL) reliever Ryan O'Dell, now 2-0. The loser was Jesus Medina. The second-place Astros now sit at 15-10.

Houston (GCL) used a clutch at-bat from Donovan Butler to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Astros ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
