Losing Trend Continues for Colorado (GCL)
The St. Louis (GCL) Cardinals put together a convincing win at Roger Dean Stadium, defeating the Colorado (GCL) Rockies, 11-3. Matt Ferrantelli was one of the hitting stars. He went 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for St. Louis (GCL). Art Cathcart was the winner. He's now 3-0. The loser was 19-year old left-handed pitcher Kenny Kennedy. The Cardinals raised their record to 21-7.
