The Houston (GCL) Astros knocked off the Philadelphia (GCL) Phillies, 4-0, in Gulf Coast Rookie League action at Ballpark of Belvedere. Houston (GCL) pitcher and Caguas, Puerto Rico, native Jose Diaz had an outstanding performance. Houston (GCL), at 33-6, sits in first place in the Northeast Division.

Steve Robertson dealt the Phillies a blow in the bottom of the fifth. Batting with the bases loaded and Houston (GCL) leading 1-0, Robertson, who is tied for 6th in the GCL in RBI with 25, hit a 0-1 sinker for a 2-run single.

"Winning makes the heart grow fonder -- for more winning," said Robertson, cracking a smile.
