Free Falling Red Sox Lose Again
Behind the hitting of Justin George, the New York N (GCL) Mets stopped the Boston (GCL) Red Sox, 5-4. George went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk for the Mets. Marco Hernandez was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Rich Brunson. Now 15-26, Boston (GCL) has lost 13 in a row.

The Red Sox had been locked in a 4-4 tie with the Mets going into the bottom of the sixth inning. That changed quickly when the 19-year old right fielder Javier Revollar came to the plate.
