Blue Jays Knock Off Pirates at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium
The rain made it unbearable at times; nonetheless, the faithful who endured the elements enjoyed themselves.

The Toronto (GCL) Blue Jays topped the Pittsburgh (GCL) Pirates, 9-6, in Gulf Coast Rookie League action at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Toronto (GCL) third baseman Terry Toth. Toronto (GCL) occupies last place in the Northwest Division at 32-26.

Jordan Benitez helped out the Toronto (GCL) cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the designated hitter was 1-4 with a walk.

"It's nice to see a lot of guys make contributions," said Blue Jays manager Justin Ammons.
