The Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers got a sterling performance from pitcher Khalil Lockridge, but the Texas (AZL) Rangers still prevailed, 4-2. Lockridge threw 5.1 innings of shutout ball. Texas (AZL) used the timely hitting of Sal Padilla to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Rangers on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
