Tri-City pitcher Willis Arambula did his part in helping his team beat the Boise Hawks, 5-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Arambula picked up the win for Tri-City, going 7 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 4-3. Terry Hampton picked up the save for Tri-City, his 8th of the year.

Tri-City used the timely hitting of Jan Nelson to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Dust Devils on top, 5-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
