The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes beat the Eugene Emeralds by a score of 3-1. Salem-Keizer left fielder Greg Hadley deserved the lion's share of the credit. Hadley was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Volcanoes. Jonathan Torres Jr. collected his 2nd save. The third-place Volcanoes are now 22-30, the Emeralds 34-16.
Abdul Jabbar Siddiqui hit a run-scoring triple off Marco Franco in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Volcanoes in front, 2-1. Siddiqui had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.
