White Sox Lose Late to AquaSox
The Chicago A (SS-A) White Sox could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Pablo Vega into a win. Instead, the Everett AquaSox prevailed, 7-5. Vega threw 5.2 innings allowing 1 run. Jesus Gonzalez picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 4-4. Danny Reyes was tagged with the loss. With the win, the AquaSox sit at 32-24.

Everett got a knockout punch from Jose Falcon. The second baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"It was bedlam at the end," Falcon said.
