The Milwaukee (SS-A) Brewers turned back the Cincinnati (SS-A) Reds, 4-3, at Stallions Ballpark. Cameron Pfister, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Fernando Sierra got credit for the win, improving to 5-3. He allowed 1 run on 6 hits in 6 innings. The save went to Jose Mercado, his 7th this season.

With Milwaukee (SS-A) leading 2-1 in the top of the fifth, Pfister hit a fastball from Pedro Hernandez for a 2-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Brewers ahead, 4-1.
