Dodgers Clip Canadians, 1-0
|
Los Angeles N (SS-A) Dodgers starter Tommy Harris turned in a top-notch performance against the Vancouver Canadians at Ballpark of Conshohocken. The result was a win for the Dodgers, 1-0. The first-place Dodgers now have a record of 39-22.
The Dodgers got a big boost from left fielder Alex Dotto who had a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the first inning off Canadians hurler Jordan Blanco. It was his 29th RBI of the season and put Los Angeles N (SS-A) on top, 1-0.
"We faced good pitching and still got it done," said Dotto.
