David Medina never let Minnesota (SS-A) get something going. The Los Angeles A (SS-A) left-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Angels to a 6-0 win. Los Angeles A (SS-A), at 26-36, holds down third place in the North Division.

The Angels got a big at-bat from second baseman John Stevens. For the game, Stevens was 1-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
