Atlanta (SS-A) Sent Home with 3-0 Loss
|
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Everett AquaSox and Atlanta (SS-A) Braves.
Kyle Brown was a vital contributor to the 3-0 Everett victory over Atlanta (SS-A). The AquaSox right fielder was 2-3 with 2 doubles and a walk. Everett is now 36-27, Atlanta (SS-A) 24-39.
The tide might have turned with one out in the top of the seventh, had not Juan Gamino made a big pitch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Braves trailing 3-0, he retired Ethan Bonhomme, who hit into a double play.
