Brewers Lose to Minnesota (SS-A), 4-2
The 3-hit performance of Rodrigo Cruz helped the Minnesota (SS-A) Twins beat the Milwaukee (SS-A) Brewers, 4-2. The third-place Twins improved to 40-35.

Minnesota (SS-A) used a well-timed hit by Cesar Vasquez to capture the win. The right fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Twins ahead, 3-2. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Winning makes the heart grow fonder -- for more winning," said Vasquez, cracking a smile.
