Nationals Claim 5-2 Triumph
The Washington (Rk+) Nationals stymied the Cleveland (Rk+) Guardians, 5-2, at Swine Ballpark. Nick Terry had a good day at the plate. He was 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Washington (Rk+). The save went to Estevan Aguilera, his 2nd this season. With the win over Cleveland (Rk+), the Nationals improved to 13-20.

Terry had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a first pitch fastball from Cory Johnson, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Nationals a 3-2 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Terry.

"No time for flexing," said Terry. "It's always one game at a time."
