Jody Robinson brought his A-game to help Helena defeat the Missoula Osprey, 3-0. Robinson picked up the win for Helena, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 4-2. Helena now sits at 16-22, while Missoula falls to 19-19.

The Osprey had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Brewers going into the top of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 22-year old left fielder Rick Reid came to the plate. Reid hit a solo home run on a first pitch fastball from Missoula hurler Joe Whitlatch. It was Reid's 3rd home run of the year.
