Big Day for Nilsson as Nationals Down Mariners, 7-2

The Washington (Rk+) Nationals beat the Seattle (Rk+) Mariners, 7-2, at Ballpark of Sammamish. B.J. Nilsson, who is tied for 9th in the PIO in triples with 3, starred for Washington (Rk+). He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Bill Allen closed it out for his 1st save. The Nationals go to 18-22, putting them second in the West.
Washington (Rk+) used the hitting of Juan Norori to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Nationals on top, 3-0. For the game, Norori had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We looked pretty good up and down," said Washington (Rk+) manager Jordan Davey.
