Preston went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Chris Godbout was credited with the save for Cleveland (Rk+), his 1st of the season. After today's action, Cleveland (Rk+) sits at 28-12, while Las Vegas (Rk+) falls to 14-25.

Had Dan Simonds not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Simonds hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 4-3, in favor of the Guardians.
