The Helena Brewers handed the Cleveland (Rk+) Guardians a loss at Kindrick Legion Field. The final score was 6-2. Blake Boucher was one of the major contributors for Helena. In addition to his 2 singles and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 1. Danny Day came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. His record now stands at 1-1. With the win, the Brewers have a record of 31-17.
Helena took a 4-2 lead on Boucher's 6th home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Jacob Mullen in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Helena to the win.
