Voyagers CF Cuahuizo slugs 2 home runs in Win
Great Falls left fielder Edgar Cuahuizo made his presence felt in the 7-1 Voyagers triumph over the Grand Junction Rockies. Cuahuizo was 2-3 with 2 home runs and was hit by a pitch, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Robert Devlin got the win, improving to 6-1. He held the Rockies to 1 run on 6 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 9 and walking 0. Matt Osborne earned the save for Great Falls, his 6th of the year.

With Great Falls leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Cuahuizo came up to bat against Grand Junction pitcher Bob Blake. Cuahuizo hit a curveball to right-center for a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Voyagers on top, 3-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Cuahuizo.

The Voyagers now have a record of 41-13 with the win over Grand Junction.
