Brewers Get 11-4 Win Versus Washington (Rk+)
The Helena Brewers picked up a win at Kindrick Legion Field, topping the Washington (Rk+) Nationals, 11-4. On the mound for Helena was left-hander Gil Molina. He played a principal role in the triumph. The third-place Nationals have lost 4 consecutive games.

Rodolfo Rosas had a big bases-clearing triple for the Brewers in the bottom of the third inning. With Helena leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Belchior Matinhata and swatted a triple to center. It was his 4th triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Brewers ahead, 5-1.

In comments to the Helena Times, Rosas admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
