Portland second baseman Josh Storlie was sensational. He was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Bowie beat the Sea Dogs, 4-3. Jonathan Fullen closed it out for his 1st save. Bowie sits at 12-14.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Jabari Matlock? The Bowie first baseman had a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Baysox on top, 3-2. For the game, Matlock had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

After the game, Bowie manager Victor Griego applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
