Indians Even With Braves After Home Win
The Indianapolis Indians defeated the Gwinnett Braves, 2-0, in Game 2 of the Round 2. Doing his part was starter Manny Herrera, who threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The win moves Indianapolis into a 1-1 tie with Gwinnett in the series.

The Braves had trouble solving Herrera, who surrendered no runs on 2 hits over 7 innings.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Indianapolis manager John LaRossa.

Game 3 is scheduled for Friday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.
