Dugles Tosses 7-0 Shutout

Dave Dugles of Springfield easily handled the Corpus Christi Hooks, stopping them on 5 hits and chucking a complete-game 7-0 shutout.
"He really did a job on us," said Corpus Christi manager Ka-fei Ong. "He had good command of his pitches. He changed speeds well and confused us. We never could zero in on him, but he certainly zeroed in on us."
He finished the game with 10 strikeouts and 2 walks in a solid outing.
For this year, Dugles has chalked up 7 wins and 7 losses in 16 starts with 103 strikeouts in 118 innings and a 3.28 ERA.
