With left fielder Matt Russ leading the charge, the Augusta GreenJackets got a road win over the Lexington Legends, 7-1, in Game 4 of the Round 1 today. Russ belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice at Whitaker Bank Ballpark to help Augusta force a 2-2 tie in the best-of-5 series.

Russ had a critical at-bat in the top of the seventh for Augusta, coming through with a grand slam home run to put Augusta in front, 7-1.

"Odds are I won't have another 5-RBI game in the playoffs ever again," Russ said later. "So I'm going to savor this."

The next game is set to be played for Wednesday, September 17th , 2098 at Lake Olmstead Stadium in Augusta.
