Brewers Hammered by Rogalla, Drop Game 2 to Mariners
The Round 1 is tied at 1 games apiece, thanks to a dramatic walk-off victory at Ballpark of Sammamish today for the Seattle (Rk+) Mariners.

23-year-old right fielder Phil Rogalla was the star for Seattle (Rk+), as he went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs in the Ballpark of Sammamish contest. The 9-8 Seattle (Rk+) triumph allowed the team to even the best-of-5 series with the Helena Brewers at 1-1.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Seattle (Rk+) shortstop Jay Magnuson, facing Dan Lively, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Mariners the 9-8 win.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Rogalla, "but a win in the playoffs is nothing to sniff at."

Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday at Kindrick Legion Field in Helena.
