Sacramento Advances to Round 2
After their 6-0 win today at Raley Field over the Albuquerque Isotopes, the Sacramento River Cats will advance to the Round 2. Sacramento won the series by a 3-1 margin.

Leading the way for the River Cats was third baseman Chris Strong, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.

"I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."

The Sacramento River Cats will play against the Oklahoma City Dodgers in the next round. Oklahoma City won their series against the Round Rock Express 3 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
