In a crucial game, the Helena Brewers put on their best show, beating the Ogden Raptors by a final score of 3-2. Xavier Lucero threw 5.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Helena and Ogden are now tied at 2 wins apiece in the best-of-5 affair.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Brewers had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fifth, when third baseman Raul Hernandez hit a run-scoring double. The double came off Xavier Lucero and made the score 3-2, Brewers. Hernandez went 2-3 with a double.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Hernandez told the Helena Chronicle. "But we take nothing for granted."

Game 5 is scheduled for Wednesday at Lindquist Field in Ogden.
