Bishop, Isotopes Sink Storm Chasers Again in Game 2
Riding the 3-hit performance of first baseman Justin Bishop, the Albuquerque Isotopes stopped the visiting Omaha Storm Chasers, 8-3, in Game 2 of the Round 2. Bishop was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Isotopes, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

A key moment came with two out in the bottom of the third. That's when Bishop hit a changeup from Juan Estrada for a run-scoring double, putting Albuquerque up, 2-0.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Bishop. "And not try to do too much."

The next game is set to be played for Wednesday, September 22nd , 2106 at Werner Park in Omaha.
