Blue Jays Hammered by Robertson, Drop Game 3 to Rays
The Tampa Bay (GCL) Rays have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading Toronto (GCL) Blue Jays, winning, 8-6, at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. Rays first baseman Josh Robertson was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The win cuts the deficit facing the Rays to 2-1 in the best-of-5 Round 1.

Los Angeles, California native Josh Robertson had a clutch at-bat in the top of the ninth for the Rays. With Tampa Bay (GCL) trailing 6-5, he hit a 2-run home run.

"Nice win for us," said Robertson. "Now we'll go after the next one."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Friday, September 27th , 2109.
