Pinkham, Cardinals Wallop Rockies in Game 4 of R2
On the verge of being swept and facing a red-hot Colorado (GCL) Rockies team, the St. Louis (GCL) Cardinals had a tough assignment. Pat Pinkham delivered.

The Cardinals second baseman was unstoppable for the visitors, as he went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 in guiding his club to its first victory of the series, 6-2. Pinkham, 21, earned accolades for his efforts. The win means St. Louis (GCL) now trails 3-1 in the best-of-7 series.

Anderson Udave hit a run-scoring triple off Ivan Hernandez in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Cardinals in front, 3-2. Udave had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.

"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Colorado (GCL) manager Alex Velasquez.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Saturday, October 4th , 2110.
