Frederick Takes Round 1 in Deciding Game
The Frederick Keys and Potomac Nationals held nothing back in an entertaining Round 1 that went the distance.

In the end, it will be Frederick advancing to the Round 2, after a 3-2 triumph in the final game at Harry Grove Stadium, to wrap up the series 3-2.

The Keys players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Nationals.

Eddie Rodriguez was named series MVP for Frederick. For the series, Rodriguez hit .421 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 1 runs.
