The Richmond Flying Squirrels defeated the Trenton Thunder, 6-4, in Eastern League action at The Diamond. Richmond pitcher Brian McQuain had a standout performance. The winner was McQuain. He threw 8.1 innings of 7-hit ball. The loser was Mike Rice. Jamie Estrella picked up the save, his 6th.
