The Binghamton Mets converted a terrific effort from starter Omar Reyes into a win over the Erie SeaWolves at NYSEG Stadium. The Mets won the game by a final score of 1-0. Erie, at 10-24, has lost 4 straight.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Binghamton designated hitter Keith Butler, facing Nate Carter, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Mets the 1-0 win.

"We have a lot of confidence in Omar," said Binghamton manager Matt Young.
