Trenton parlayed a decent outing from starter Cesar Huizar into a solid win over the Richmond Flying Squirrels. The final score was 7-3. J.P. Van Nostrand nailed down his 4th save. Trenton is now 12-26, while Richmond is 17-21.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Mike Primeaux? The Trenton catcher had a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Thunder on top, 3-1. For the game, Primeaux had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
