Flying Squirrels Beat Sea Dogs, 4-1
The Richmond Flying Squirrels topped the Portland Sea Dogs, 4-1, in Eastern League action at Hadlock Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Richmond pitcher Zach Chapman. Charlie Fleet closed it out for his 9th save. Richmond is now 24-17, Portland 18-23.

Richmond used a timely hit from Marcos Iniguez to get the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Flying Squirrels ahead, 2-1. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"The guys seem happy with the win. That's good, I guess," said Chapman.
