The Bowie Baysox stymied the Altoona Curve, 7-2, at Prince George's Stadium. Jose Velez had a good day at the plate. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Bowie. Tom Mitchell picked up the win, lifting his record to 1-2 on the season.
