McClure hits 2 home runs, Leads Flying Squirrels to Win
Ryan McClure drove in all 5 runs for the Richmond Flying Squirrels, helping them beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 5-1. Brent Fyffe earned the win to go to 5-4. He allowed 1 run on 5 hits, with no walks and 6 strikeouts in 7 innings of work. With the win over New Hampshire, the Flying Squirrels improved to 31-18.

With Richmond leading 2-1 in the top of the seventh, McClure hit a run-scoring single off New Hampshire hurler Florent Loggia. It was the 55th hit of the season for McClure and put his team ahead, 3-1.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," McClure told the Richmond Citizen.
