The Charlotte Knights beat the Columbus Clippers, 4-2. Charlotte pitcher and Murphy, Missouri, native Chad Muha led the way. The win belonged to Jason Brown in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Alexis Espinoza took the loss for Columbus. Their 21-27 record puts the Knights last in the South Division.
